Fudge

Fudge (Mom)

13 1/2 oz hershey's chocolate bar
12 oz chocolate chips
1 pint marshmallow cream
1 tbs butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk (large)
1 pound nuts (optional)

Combine sugar and eveaporated milk in a 6-8 quart pan and bring them to a boil.
Pour the hot mixture over the remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Add nuts and pour into 2 large buttered cake pans. Let set, and cut.
